(Bcaa) Branch chain amino acids.
So most of the time people ask me how is it possible that you survive a 3 to 4 hour long workout session. Well obviously as a professional athlete I have to work on myself for about 3 to 4 hours a day. And there comes a time in between my workouts that I feel dehydrated but obviously I push my limits even being feeling that much amount of heat which causes a huge amount of fatigue, so at that time I need to fuel myself with something to get back to work without losing a single molecule of the nutrition that, I have in my body. There are many other benefits of (BCAA) :-
➡️ keeps you hydrated and reduces the possibility of fatigue.
➡️maintains the level of lubrication between your muscle and skin.
➡️ reduces the chances of injuries ➡️ never lets your gut to suck blood from your blood stream to digest your your undigested food and breaks the bigger molecules of protein in amino acids to increase the protein synthesis.
I am using BCAA pro of @muscleblaze with 2:1:1 ratio. Which provides 7 grams of bcaa, 2.5 grams of glutamine and 1 gram of citrulline DL malate.

Failure vs success...
One thing is clear there are weird people in gym. The reason I failed is because a guy was looking at me in quite a weird way. By weird I mean stalking you for no reason, that’s the reason why I lost my focus and lost the control and balance over barbell. Then I took another shot and raised the level of focus first. Grouches for the Centre of bar and got it 💪🏼
Sometimes your body Loses control and your mind takes lead and when your mind is in constant struggle with several others things of your life, at that moment of time just take a knee and think about what you have best in yourself and find a little peace in yourself, deal with your problems silently and bring yourself to the fullest 💪🏼
I never thought that I would ever be able to get this much amount of muscle on myself naturally 💪🏼
