Hey everyone!!! Today was a great day. I went to an insane baseball game and spent the day with my wonderful boyfriend. I made him the cinnamon roll smoothie earlier today and he finished his within 2 minutes!!! I think it's safe to say that recipe is approved. He said tonight's dinner was approved too so I hope you'll love it too.
Direction: boil water and cook veggie noodles. For the brussel sprouts preheat the over to 400 degrees. Season them with salt and pepper and toss them in olive oil. Cook for about 15-20 minutes or until crispy. For the mushrooms, slice baby portobellos and sautee them in minced garlic. The chicken is seasoned with paprika and garlic pepper. They we cooked over medium heat in olive oil.

wishing I was having these blueberry choc chip pancakes for lunch again today 🤩 the recipe I used was :
1/2 cup whole meal flour
1/2 cup soy milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbs sugar
Topped with strawbs, golden syrup and some more choc chips and blueberries 🤪
