💕Okay i'm back! I didn't have any network where i was camping yesterday so i could post anything for u guys. Also, i got sick yesterday...🤒 yay... My head is litteraly going to explose💣 and my throat is burning🔥 but hey i'm alive🤣 . - Talking about that, should i or you be training when you get sick? If you only have a small headache or a little runny nose it's okay. But if your throat starts being sore, you start having a stomach-ach.. ❌NEVER. Okay? It can be super dangerous too. What you have to do when you get sick is : . - 1. 💤REST: yes, extra rest days in your week or even a hole week or 2 until you are recovered. Your body needs to concentrate using the energy to fight the sickness. If you do your workout during that, your body won't respond to it because it will be concentrating on getting better. All you'll do by training is tirering your body even more and making your sickness get worse. So REST. - 2. 🍋NUTRITION: No you musn't eat less during that recovery time because your organism needs the energy to fight. And that is a lot of energy. Food is the fuel to your body in every circumstances. So EAT, stick to your normal nutrition or eat slightly more (especially if your in a calories deficit) . - It's been a rest day for me, i didn't train this morning and i might not train tomorrow either. I'll see how i feel! Hope you have all had a lovely easter weekend and ate loads of yummy chocolate, you'll be pumped up for this weeks training at least🔋💪🏼💕

On en trouve dans les crustacés, les noix et l’eau. FLUORURE : Contribue à la solidité des os et des dents. Important pour éviter les caries ! Présent dans le poisson, l’eau et le thé. SÉLÉNIUM : Antioxydant qui aide à protéger les cellules du stress. Aide à prévenir le cancer de la prostate, le cancer colorectal et le cancer des poumons. A must for wider delts. I do these as my second exercise, right after whatever type of military press I choose. I always hit two side deltoid exercises. My second and very last (usually fifth or sixth) exercise are always side delts. They require stimulation from heavy weight and high volume. So, I usually go heavier on my first side delt exercise and burn out with drop sets and 20-25 reps for 4 sets at the end.. gotta get the best of both worlds.
