Saturday morning.... And we’re rolling on a bit of old school R&B And!.....I involved my legs In my workout!! Whoop Whoop 🙌🏻 One thing I notice when I talk to people about joining theeeee BEST fitfam in the world 😆 Is they say to me...I don’t think I could do what you do, I’m so unfit!!! K K K listen Up Peeps!... Because 💯 I had those doubts!!... I legit couldn’t even do 1 push up when I started my fitness journey, and even Now..There not my strongest point... And can I just add...It feels so weird with my boobs, because the implants were placed under my muscles, so you can feel them moving 🥴😂 But Just because I’m not a professional push upper 😉 Doesn’t mean I can’t do them! Or at least TRY!!! That is all you have to do my friends...Just TRY...Because over time you will get better...You will get stronger..And you will start to do things that you thought you were never able to do 🙏🏼 The only failure in this life comes from never trying...Even if you do it and you fail, at least you tried..... And then....You Keep Trying 🙌🏻👏🏼 You’ve gotta stop letting your doubt and fear hold you back.. Just Do it 💃🏼👌🏼 Have the most beautiful day 💕.
Well have managed to loose 10lb in 2 weeks. Most of that was my being ill but since I've been better ive been very strict.
Ill need to get my weight down as I'm having a bowel resection at the end of the year. I may need a stoma and she said its risky on an obese patient as they are far more likely to get infections as more skin to cut through.
Scared me actually. I probably won't even need one but just incase.
Here is my lovely salad. I'm very limited to foods for weightloss but im mainly having salads like this, soups, eggs cheese and protein shakes. Onwards and downwards. Happy Easter everyone!
