Ladies if you’re like many of the women in our community you rate “consistency to move” as one of your top struggles when it comes to regular exercise. We start a program, have the best intentions to exercise daily & then life gets in the way. I get it!!! For those of you asking “What can I do in between my two training sessions weekly that I can actually get done??” My answer is: Find some flexibility in between your sessions, and fit what you can into your life. Even as a Personal Trainer, with a baby & a young child, there are times I struggle to commit to much else outside of my weekly strength/HIIT sessions. Focusing on any type of movement in between is where you will find flexibility. With that I mean - Park further away from a destination when time permits (work, shops, school drop off/pickup, appointments etc), walk 20 minutes to, and the 20 minutes back. There’s a forty minute walk ☺️ If you can, walk your children to school. Do steps on the spot whilst watching your fave TV show for 30 minutes. When you’re on the phone, pace quickly whilst you talk. When you need a few little things from the shops, walk there when you can. Spend 10 minutes doing a bodyweight sesh in the morning & another 10 in the evening. Find a yoga YouTube vid & do that to wind down after the day. ALL of these things count as movement on days you don’t have a scheduled workout, walk or hike ☺️ And if you can - Take your pup! I take Willow everywhere I can ♥️🐶 Find some flexibility in your daily routine where you can squeeze some movement into those days you don’t have workouts scheduled 😅💫 #fitnessmotivation #personaltrainer #workoutroutine #workouttips #fitmum #fitmom #instafitness

Training my legs twice a day has given me some very impressive results in this past month .
This morning I hit a pr on deadlifts for a 645 lb pull , followed by 840 lbs on hack back squats for reps .
