I ran the Newlands Memorial at the weekend - 11.5 miles and 3379 ft of ascent. A brilliant race around a classic Lakeland route. I’ve run it five times now and it’s been sunny every time, but this year’s was a proper scorcher! My face here going over Dale Head about sums it up. 📷 Stephen Wilson
Happy 🌍 Day
Friendly reminder of how small we are on the scale of the world. Yet we are the ones destroying it the most. Watching glaciers shrink is heartbreaking. We are small but together we are impactful. We have been impacting our environment negatively, so let's reverse the tendency. If everyone adopts small simple changing gestures, we will make a positive impact together.
My friend @so_envrac just started a page to share some super useful tips, give her a follow!
