💜💚Nurture yourself💚💜 It might sound a little funny, but it is so important to give yourself nurturance and care. 🥰🙌💫 Be gentle on yourself, cut out that inner voice that is critical and unkind.
Devote time to activities and hobbies that you genuinely enjoy and get pleasure from and continue to learn and try new things.
Plant a garden, bake something delicious, relax in an Epsom salts bath (one of my favourites!), learn a new language, do a new puzzle. Make time for you to play.🤸♀️ Do you have any hobbies or projects that bring you joy?💖 #nuture#selfcare#holistic#getgutzy#changeyourmindchangeyourbody
ITS ALL IN THE EYE'S .
One of the highlands from the fold -once a week i give my free time to one of the conservation charity's to help check on the welfare of their cattle and sheep working to protect nature and to give something back to that which has given me so much in life - at times of struggle or in need of an answer to a question or problem i go to my mother mother earth (in times of trouble and tragedy ( i have a story I'd like to share of pain and tragedy and the battles i had to fight due to this - i may share this story to show people there is hope and that dark times don't last ) feeling her loving touch guide me along the path allowing the freedom of free will to choose a new direction when faced with a fork in the road the black sheep the unruly in me always choosing to go straight never walking or chooseing one of the 2 paths of faith thats presented always falling into fates arms and on into the unknown learning from the my mistakes i make as i go along )( i'll learn one day- in life its not always about walking the unbeaten or the hardest path ( it has rewards but are hard earnt ) but I'm a gluten for punishment and will always test who i am -the two paths of faith will always lead to a place of sanctuary /safety a place of rest ) - to a place i feel at home , safe, a place to free my mind of the mundane and stress's of life to switch off and connect , at times asking for/ finding answers to many of life's questions . .
A descendent of a family that generations ago married women of romany gypsy / and irish travel family's which had strong connections and beliefs to the land and world of nature around them i stay close to this part of my roots and have felt and understood the pull towards nature and the connection they once had to the land and nature needing to be in-tune with the world around them to survive- having 3 generations guiding me along the path i took passing down there memories , knowledge and skills of living in and around the british countryside .
